Roland-Story PTO is a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit organization working to strengthen our children’s education and development through a collaborative effort with parents, educators and the community.
We partner with the Roland-Story Elementary and Middle Schools to provide support by funding classroom supplies, field trips, technology, playground equipment and other items as needed.
We facilitate multiple events throughout the year to raise funds and bring the community together. For a list of all of our upcoming activities, check out our calendar page.
We consist of a 5-person Board of Trustees and hold board meetings on the first Thursday of each month, except December, January and summer months. Our meetings are completely open to the public. This includes parents, grandparents and all community members. We use monthly meetings to review funding requests, communicate about events and to find volunteers.
Elections for board members are held annually in May. Each term is 13 months, starting July 1.
